I can’t believe a month flew by since my last newsletter. To be honest, more important things in the world and my personal life have been going on, so I put POS on the back burner. But I missed writing down all my dumb little thoughts for you lot, but my shopping habits have inexplicably changed. I haven’t been mindlessly scrolling through endless online shops and review websites for products. I spend most of my days away from my laptop because I’m too busy hanging with my siblings and my dog.
I don’t spend hours frying my eyeballs scouring the internet for anything that elicits a surge of serotonin. I’m more utilitarian about my shopping now. I need something, I search for it, I find it, and I buy it. My new-found shopping efficiency hasn’t deterred my poor spending habits. I have bought a crap ton of stuff during the quarantine, and I don’t think I’m alone on this.
This newsletter is an itemized list of all of my quarantine purchases. This is excluding the necessary purchases, like rebuying shampoo when I run out. There is no boring shit on this list, just fun shit!
If you love my newsletter, please subscribe or share it! It would mean the world to me. Also, thank you for not unsubscribing during my hiatus. Also, the first anniversary of my newsletter was yesterday. I created this newsletter on a whim because I needed a creative outlet, and here I am a year later! <3

Pink Pearl Bracelet — CNK Crafts
$15.00
My friend Claire makes the most fun and gorgeous jewelry. I bought this pink pearl bracelet from her, and it is the cutest thing I have ever put on my wrist. She sells all of her products on Instagram @cnk.crafts, so check her out.
Yao — Birkenstock
$99.95
I’m sorry to report that Birkenstocks are the best sandal for the summer. I know they’re very mainstream, but until someone makes a better sandal, I will be riding the Birks train until the wheels fall off. I wore the Mayari sandal for a few years, and I was due for a change. I've moved on to the Yao’s, and I just adore them.
Cut Eleven — Spitfire
$69.00
I wrote about these sunnies in the I Hate Everything In My Closet newsletter, and I bought them when my sweet COVID check hit my bank account. They were on sale at the time, so it was meant to be. I love these sunglasses more than any other sunnies I have ever bought. They are the perfect shape and are ultra-flattering.
iPhone 11 — Apple
Starting at $699
I upgraded my iPhone 7 Plus to the 11. My 7 Plus was being weird one day, and I just snapped and decided I wasn’t going to wait around for it crap out on me. I got the 11 in the lavender colorway because I have taste.
Clear iPhone 11 Cases Cover — Mkeke
$18.99 but $5.99 with Prime
When you buy a new iPhone, a new case is the next purchase. I got this cheap clear one on Amazon. I’m pleasantly surprised at the quality and durability of the case.
Diana (Forever In Our Hearts) Tee - Praying
$35.99

Photo from Praying
I can not stress enough how obsessed I am with the brand Praying. I have been waiting for their Spring/Summer drop forever because there were a few pieces that I knew I needed. This Princess Diana Beanie Baby shirt being one of them. It’s sold out now, sorry. My two best friends and I all bought it, so when you see us out in matching fits post-COVID, don’t be alarmed.
Slightly Fatter NY Crewneck — Praying
$49.99
I also copped the Fat Yankees Logo sweatshirt from Praying. It spoke to me, or maybe I was sad about temporarily moving out of the city. Either way, a big shoutout to my friend Laura for convincing me to buy it by providing me the funds. I’m going to pay for the FATTEST brunch for us once we are back in NYC.
120 pack 2 Inch Hair Clips 40 Assorted Colors - Amazon
$8.99

Photo from Amazon
I did buy the Amazon pack of 120 colorful hair clips from my TikTok Made Me Want It, Part 1 newsletter. I cannot recommend this purchase enough. The clips are fun, and the color combinations are endless. It’s the easiest way to change up your everyday look for under $9.
Nail Polish
One of my few talents is that I'm good at painting my nails. I’ve bought a ton of nail polish during quarantine because, like the hair clips, nail polish is cheap, but the payoff is huge. I have a running Twitter thread of my at-home manicures with the polish names and brands, so I’m just linking that.
Max High Leg One Piece Swimsuit — Coco Rave
On Sale for $16.80

Photo from Coco Rave
I haven't bought a new swimsuit in years. I wanted something colorful and loud. I stumbled upon Coco Rave and found a suit that ticked all my boxes. It's a bright pink one-piece with colorful piping. The torso of the suit is a bit short, but keep in mind I am 6 feet tall. I’m still going to wear it though because it’s so cute.
AsaVea Teeth Whitening Pen - Amazon
$19.99

Photo from Amazon
I wrote about these pens in my TikTok newsletter, and soon after I bought them. The packaging says you can use them twice a day, but I have just been using them once at night. My teeth are pretty sensitive, but I have had no problems. My teeth are whiter than before, so I will probably rebuy this product.
Ultra Sheer Face Mist — Neutrogena
$12.99
I like Supergoop’s setting spray sunscreen, but it's pricey. I found out Neutrogena has a facial SPF spray and wanted to test it out. Unfortunately for my wallet, I like Supergoop’s spray more. The Neutrogena spray has a nice texture, but it’s not a fine mist. If you’re a little sweaty, the spray won't set. The product fell right into my eyeballs and it stung.
Hydro Boost Gel Moisturizing Sunscreen Lotion — Neutrogena
$9.99
I’m pretty loyal to Glossier’s Invisible Shield sunscreen, but I needed a new face sunscreen quick after my whole Neutrogena spray eye fiasco. I love Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost line, and they have new sunscreen. THIS ONE IS GOOD. It’s gel-based and lasts for 80 minutes in the sun. The sunscreen is a faint blue color, so you do have to rub it in a bit. The texture when it dries is immaculate. It's so smooth and velvety. Keep in mind I am white, so I don’t know if it will leave a cast on darker skin tones.
Women's Sleeveless Tie Front Ruffle Bodysuit - Wild Fable — Target
$15.00
I decided the only types of clothes I will be buying for the rest of the quarantine are running clothes and slutty clothes. I’m going to come out of this quarantine with a bunch of tops that barely cover my nipples and the ability to run a half marathon. I kicked off this endeavor with this Target brand Wild Fable bodysuit. This brand is Target's teeny-bopper zoomer line aka, it’s not made for my body! This isn’t a family-friendly bodysuit on me, so it’s a keeper.
Women's Leopard Print Wrap Slip Dress - CUSHNIE for Target — Target
On Clearance for $28.00

Photo from Target
Keeping with what I said above, I bought a slinky black mini dress in the middle of a pandemic. It’s hard being the dumbest bitch in the room sometimes, but I’m happy to fill the shoes. I need to get the top bit of the dress tailored a bit because the armpits are big. I had to size up because of my chest and height.
